Lovely reception staff and easy parking made for a pleasant one-night stopover. Despite a tired carpet and basic rooms, the rooftop rooms looked fun. The recommended restaurant, 103, was enjoyable with great views. Although there were issues with the wifi and aircon, the staff tried to help. a decent choice for a short stay.

The first three star hotel we stayed at in 3 months and were impressed. The hospitality was the best we have received in Europe and best value for money in our trip. The dinner was excellent. The rooms while 3-3.5 star were large, clean and well presented. The pool area by the river was great and the rooftop garden offers beautiful mountain views and perfect at sunset with a bottle of local wine. We were very, very well taken care of and would recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for the swimming pool. It was great as our kids love swimming! Breakfast was good and had enough selection. We travel with 2 dogs and we were made very welcome here with our dogs. Setting with the river and mountains was lovely.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel is located on a busy street,so it is not pleasant to walk around. It is better to have a car.

I stayed in a lovely, spacious room with comfortable beds, and the views from the rooftop terrace were stunning. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

Although the staff tried to be helpful they had very little literature available for the surrounding areas. The breakfast was adequate and the room comfortable but very darkly furnished which gave it an unwelcoming aspect. There was no literature in the room regarding the hotel facilities and no evening meal available on the nights we stayed (Tuesday and Wednesday)

The staff were pleasant and the facilities were good. The room was very large. We had a family room which had four beds.
The decor is very dated and the colour scheme is very harsh. The carpets in the main areas looked dirty.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Aosta and had a fantastic experience. First, the location was perfect - near the autoroute, ski resorts, and even close to the castles, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning and spacious bathrooms with showers, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. And the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of local products like cheese and delicious options like freshly baked cakes. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money, providing all these amenities at a reasonable price.
I couldn't fault this hotel - everything was just perfect!

The staff at hotel Etoile du Nord are friendly and extremely helpful - they were happy to provide tourist tips in English so I could make the most of my brief stay. The views of the mountains around the hotel are just magnificent and it was great to have the use of the swimming pool to relax at the end of the day. Last but definitely not least the food at the hotel Etoile du Nord was delicious - good food + relaxing environment + great views = happy customer! What more can I say!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Aosta valley. the location was fantastic - close to the beautiful castles and convenient for accessing the autoroute. It was also surrounded by some excellent restaurants, giving us plenty of dining choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the hotel were of a high standard, including rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size and featured a refreshing shower. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wonderful start to the day, with a selection of delicious local products like cheese.
I believe that this hotel has very few areas for improvement.

Location and hotel were as expected. Pool was covered even though the shade teperature was in the 30's. Evening meal was very limited possibly because of 2 large parties in the dinning room. Only choice was a set menu with a single choice of starter & a choice of 3 main meals. The menu was in Italian only which is not a language we are familiar with and when I asked could they explain the menu in English or French, they could not. We ate at a local restaurant which was dreadful. Aosta valley beautiful.

The hotel had a great view of the river and mountains, and it was located in an area that offered plenty of activities. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, always eager to offer suggestions for things to do and see. The breakfast was impressive, featuring homemade sweets, cheese, and ham. The breakfast room was also nicely decorated with many paintings.
The pool was very crowded and noisy, as it was also used by the local community. It was difficult to find a lane to swim in, and kids who were learning to swim made it even more chaotic.
